LINDA R. RADO

Linda is a Certified Master Teacher and dedicated sadhaka of Wise Earth Ayurveda® www.wisearth.org She has been trained by Sri Swamini Mayatitananda (Mother Maya).

Linda teaches Wise Earth Ayurveda ®, Hatha Yoga and Meditation, and practices Private Yoga Therapy as her daily work at her business called The Yoga Inlet, in West Reading, PA. www.yogainlet.com

Linda has been teaching Hatha yoga since 1994 and is certified as Hatha Yoga Teacher in Svaroopa Style ®, trained by Rama Berch and Master Yoga Teacher Institute. She is also certified Bikram Yoga, trained by Bikram Choudhray Style, and Freedom Style, trained by Erich Schiffmann.

Linda created the Linda Rado 's Yoga on the Ball system for practicing asana using a yoga ball in 1996. She originally developed this system to help students experience release through support. Deeper asanas can be practiced with ease, rather than straining using the Yoga on the Ball system. Linda teaches students to use props effectively reawaken lost body awareness and inner intelligence. Students report increased sense of inner and outer ease, awareness, and comfort as they learn to practice asana with under her tutelage.

She has been teaching the YOGA on the Ball workshops since 1999 at Kripalu Yoga Center, and other yoga centers and spas throughout USA and Mexico. In 2001 she created the YOGA on the Ball an Introduction video and in 2005 the DVD YOGA on the Ball Refined.

Linda is dedicated to helping students of all ages learn to practice the ancient art of sadhana; living in harmony and inner peace. She uses Wise Earth Ayurveda ®; including yoga asana, meditation, mantra, breath, and food for the purpose of developing a lasting experience of the lifestyle of harmony and inner peace.
